How It Works

Smart glass that solves real problems

Residential window film is a thin, optically clear coating applied directly to your home's glass. The film rejects solar heat before it enters the room, blocks over 99 percent of the UV rays that cause fading, and can be tinted to add daytime privacy without blocking your view out.

The result is a cooler, more comfortable home during hot months, lower air conditioning bills, protection for your furniture and hardwood floors from UV damage, better control over daytime glare, and a cleaner look from both inside and outside.

Why It Matters

Comfort and savings for every room

Window film is a straightforward upgrade that pays for itself through lower cooling costs while solving heat, glare, and fading problems year-round.

Cut cooling costs

Film rejects solar heat before it warms your rooms, which means less work for your air conditioning and lower bills when you need them most.

Protect from fading

Over 99 percent of UV light is blocked, so your furniture, rugs, artwork, and wood floors stay vibrant instead of bleached by sun.

Daytime privacy that works

Reflective films let you see out clearly while blocking the view in during the day, ideal for sunrooms and street-facing rooms.

Reduce screen glare

Watch TV or work on your laptop comfortably without harsh sun glare washing out your screen.

Shatter resistance option

Heavy-duty safety film holds broken glass together on impact, protecting your family during storms and adding a layer of security.

Frosted and decorative styles

Etched-glass looks and custom-cut frosted film add elegant 24-hour privacy for bathrooms, bedrooms, and entryways.

Common Questions

Residential window film answered

Will tinted windows make my home feel dark?
Not at all. Many of our clear and lightly tinted films reject heat while keeping rooms bright. We also offer nearly invisible options that work without changing how your home looks.
How much can I save on cooling costs?
Savings depend on your climate, sun exposure, and current cooling habits, but many homeowners see a real difference in summer bills by reducing how hard their air conditioning has to work.
Does privacy film work when the lights are on at night?
Reflective daytime-privacy films lose their privacy effect at night when your interior lights are on. For 24-hour privacy, we recommend frosted or decorative films instead.
Is the film permanent or can it be removed?
Film is removable without damaging your glass. It can be peeled away cleanly if you decide to change styles or move, though we design installations to last many years.
